Current status and control
You can accept, reject or configure optional page history without restricting access or sending enquiries. Your choice is kept for up to 180 days in this browser, without a personal identifier. Inventory changes require a new choice. This permission does not authorise marketing communications.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or equivalent mechanisms used to remember information on a device. Necessary cookies support a user-requested function; optional cookies require a prior choice where the law so requires.
2. Current inventory
| Name / service | Provider | Category and purpose | Duration | When loaded |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| bibaldi.consent.v1 (localStorage) | Bibaldi | Necessary to remember the decision: manager and inventory version, categories, action, date and expiry. It contains no unique identifier. | Up to 180 days from the decision. | Only when accepting, rejecting or saving a choice. |
| bibaldi.preferredLanguage.v1 (localStorage) | Bibaldi | Remembers the language explicitly chosen by the visitor. It contains no identifier and is not used for tracking. | Until the visitor chooses another language or clears browser data. | Only after a language is chosen in the selector. |
| First-party form | Bibaldi | Uses a temporary in-memory anti-abuse challenge, without a cookie or tracking. | Only during the form session | When the contact form is opened. |
Technical inventory for this version
bibaldi.leadJourney.v1 (sessionStorage)
Only with your optional consent, this tab stores up to 100 public Bibaldi paths and visit times for a maximum of 4 hours. We exclude query strings, fragments, IP addresses, location, identifiers and device data. History starts when you consent and is sent only with the form; it is retained with the enquiry for up to 48 months. Local history is cleared when you withdraw consent, submit successfully or end the session. You can contact us without enabling it.
The administration panel uses the necessary __Host-bibaldi_admin cookie only after login. It protects authorised staff access with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. It expires after at most 8 hours or 30 minutes of inactivity and is removed on logout. It is not used to track visitors.
3. Services not loaded
The form, map and resources are first-party. We do not load third-party analytics or advertising. Page history is optional and requires prior consent; anti-abuse checks are used only to protect the form.
4. Form and third parties
The form is first-party and loads no Fillout resources, iframes or external assets. Its temporary anti-abuse challenge is validated by the server and is not reused for analytics, advertising or personalisation.
5. Managing your choice
You can reopen the panel from the footer or floating privacy control. Accept and reject are offered at the same level; saving applies the selected categories. Rejecting all immediately withdraws optional permissions. Closing the panel or continuing to browse does not imply acceptance. Expiry or an inventory change requires a new choice before optional services can activate.
You can download a local receipt of the decision. It is not sent to Bibaldi. If the browser prevents preferences from being saved, the decision only applies during the visit and a warning appears. Clearing browser data removes the choice. The explicitly requested language preference is independent.
6. Form privacy
Acknowledging the privacy information permits the enquiry to be handled, but does not consent to marketing. Marketing communications use a separate, optional and unticked checkbox.
